The Principal of Affordable Plus Conveyancing is a Lawyer by profession who has more than 14 years of experience in the Conveyancing business including being the head of a Conveyancing Department of a successful legal firm based in Sydney. He is also a Certified Practicing Conveyancer.

Mostly, sale and purchase residential and commercial properties with a fair share of business dealings which we very proud of to be standing out, as most Conveyancers limit their services to residential Conveyancing only.

A fixed fees policy approach. No extra, hidden or uncertain terms.

We believe in a fair fees policy and client’s rights to not be charged more than what he or she agreed to pay.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer potential clients?
Yes. In double transactions where a potential seller is buying at the same time (simultaneous settlement) they will be entitled automatically to claim up to 20% of our legal fees as credit on the second transaction.
How can you cut costs? Please give us an example?
- In sale matters if client has kept the old contract when they bought their property.
- If they have a clear title. No mortgage.
- Transfer of property shares between family members.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a potential client?
All relevant information regarding the property. For example, if you are a property seller any related paper work like building certificate, survey report, council approval..etc. If you are a buyer any relevant information, financial circumstance, home loan pre approval letters,..etc
Is your business insured? Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. You can request a Certificate of Currency of Professional Indemnity Insurance at anytime prior or after retaining our service.

Do you have a favorite client story would like to share?
In 2014 A young family who found their dream home but they were $5,000 short in deposit money, we suggested ordering a Strata Report and upon inspecting the report we found that owners corporation have imposed special levies without proper grounds. As a result of our negotiations with the vendor’s solicitor they agreed to reduce the price by $5,000 and our clients managed to buy the property free of debts.
